Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order at our discretion. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via email, billing address, or phone number provided.

SECTION 12 - PROHIBITED USES

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
We may terminate your access to our Service immediately if we determine you have violated these Terms.

SECTION 18 - HIRE TERMS
Deposits for hire items (£40 minimum per outfit) are non-refundable. Orders cancelled within twelve weeks before the function date will be fully chargeable. Special order accessories will be fully chargeable within twelve weeks of the function date upon cancellation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Black Tie is not responsible for incorrect measurements, even those from professionals. We reserve the right to adjust provided measurements to ensure the best possible fit.

It is the customer's responsibility to confirm order details no later than six weeks before the function date. If confirmation isn't provided, the existing order details will be deemed correct. Changes after confirmation may incur additional charges. Last-minute order changes due to size fluctuations may incur additional charges, and availability cannot be guaranteed. Garments must be returned by midday following the event, or additional charges apply.

SECTION 19 – LIABILITY AND DAMAGES
Garments are hired with an accidental damage waiver covering minor repairs. However, irreparable or significantly damaged garments will be charged at the full retail value and become the property of the customer upon payment. Damage resulting from bodily fluids invalidates this waiver.

SECTION 20 - RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Black Tie reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion. Deposits may be refunded minus incurred costs if Black Tie cancels the order. Black Tie’s decision in such matters is final.
